A viewfinder toggle strips the preview to black and white while the RAW underneath stays in full color. Compose for light, decide on color later.

Here is why it matters. Color is loud. It is the first thing the eye reads, and it hides what a photograph is actually built on: tone, contrast, the shape of the light. Photographers have known this since black and white was the only option. Take the color away while composing and you start seeing structure, where the light falls, where the frame is heavy, where it breathes.
Monochromatic Preview strips the live viewfinder to grayscale so you can compose that way, for tone. But the negative is untouched. The RAW Koloristika records is still full color, every channel intact. You see in black and white, and you keep every option. Nothing is decided at capture that cannot be undone in the edit.
